  • Excellent command of spoken and written English

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and IE tools

  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

  • Capable of managing multiple sewing lines effectively



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct time and motion study for all 6 sewing lines to ensure maximum productivity

  • Prepare SMV (Standard Minute Value), operation bulletin, line layout, and capacity planning

  • Perform line balancing and continuously optimize workflow

  • Analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions

  • Work closely with Production, Planning, and Quality teams to achieve targets

  • Lead efficiency improvement and cost reduction initiatives

  • Monitor operator performance and support skill development

  • Implement lean manufacturing tools and best IE practices

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly IE reports for management

  • Collaborate with HR in sewing operator recruitment by assessing operator skill, machine suitability, and line requirement to ensure right manpower deployment

  • Design and create sewing examination tasks, grading and criteria for every operating position in the factory for selecting the right candidates during interviews in the hiring process. 

  • Helping creating the Performance Standard for new hires

  • Creating performance standards for each sewing operators based on the sewing locations on a garment

  • Creating sub  levels of grading (A,B,C) by considering two factors:

    • Differentiate by Qty. standard per hour 

    • Differentiate levels by machine maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge

  • Review all workers and identify ones who are currently in the wrong job ranking

  • Provide solutions to current unbalanced job position level vs. the actual duty in the sewing and panel QC. E.g. high position with high salary working in a low position and vice versa.
