Job Responsibilities:
∎ Website Maintenance: You will be responsible for ensuring that the company's website is up to date and running smoothly. This includes updating content, images, and videos, as well as ensuring that the website's design is user-friendly and visually appealing.
∎ Social Media Management: You will assist with managing the company's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to customer inquiries, and monitoring engagement metrics.
∎ Search Engine Optimization: You will work with the digital marketing team to ensure that the company's website is optimized for search engines. This includes researching keywords, creating content, and monitoring rankings.
∎ Analytics: You will be responsible for monitoring website analytics and preparing reports on website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. This will help the company to make data-driven decisions about website improvements and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Training: As a trainee, you will receive training and guidance from senior web management officers. You will be expected to learn quickly and to apply your knowledge effectively.
∎ Communication: You will be expected to communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders, including management, customers, and vendors.
∎ Problem Solving: You will be expected to identify problems and recommend solutions to improve website performance and user experience.
∎ Project Management: You may be involved in managing website-related projects, such as redesigns, updates, and new feature development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 25 years

Salary: Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
