Excel Telecom (Pvt.) Limited is seeking dynamic, self-motivated, and energetic fresh graduates to join as Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Sales Operations. This program is designed to develop future leaders through structured training and hands-on experience in the telecom sales operations and distribution sector.
Excel Telecom (Pvt.) Limited is a Manufacturer & National Distributor of Samsung mobile phones in Bangladesh, with a strong nationwide presence and a commitment to operational excellence.
Support and monitor daily sales operations across all regions
Assist in coordinating sales targets and reporting with the field team
Maintain data on sales performance and prepare operational reports
Ensure smooth distribution and inventory management with partners and retailers
Support market visits and operations audits
Assist in implementing sales processes and operational strategies
Coordinate with the Head Office and field team to optimize sales efficiency
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
