∎ 1-2 Years working experience in denim textile will be preferable/ woven denim manufacturing industries; Fresher will be encouraged;
∎ Must have basic knowledge on relevant area;
∎ Must be proficient in English and Bengali writing, reading & speaking;
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on computer handling specially MS office;
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Help in Sewing Operations: Support the team to make sure the sewing process runs smoothly and products are made on time;
∎ Learn About Sewing: Get trained on how to use sewing machines, fabrics, and learn how garments are made;
∎ Check Quality: Help check the quality of the garments being made to make sure they meet the company’s standards;
∎ Assist with Inventory: Help keep track of materials like fabric and thread needed for sewing;
∎ Suggest Improvements: Look for ways to improve the sewing process and help reduce waste;
∎ Work with Teams: Work closely with other teams to make sure production runs smoothly;
∎ Track Progress: Help monitor production numbers, like how many garments are made and any problems that might happen.
