• B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.

• Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.

We are 100% Export-Oriented Garments Manufacturing Group of Company is looking for dynamic and talented Management Trainee Officer (MTO) for the Industrial Engineering (IE) Department.

This position typically involves learning and assisting with various aspects of Industrial Engineering within the organization in a manufacturing or production setting. Responsibilities include optimizing production processes, improving efficiency, and potentially contributing to lean manufacturing initiatives.

Job location will be Salna, Gazipur.

• Managing the IE process in a 100% Export-Oriented Garments Manufacturing Factory.

• Reviewing the production plan to ensure capacity and strength, while also meeting the timely shipment target.

• Ensuring the production target of the lines as per the production plan.

• Ensuring line balancing as per the layout.

• Ensuring time and motion study for all styles.

• Preparing SMV database for all styles.

• Ensuring optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Materials.

• Preparing weekly NPT reports and ensuring possible NPT reduction.

• Review operators` skill levels (monthly) and ensure corrective action, along with proposing training for potential workers.

• Preparing reconciliation reports for each of the orders.

• Preparing workers` assessment reports (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement.

• Ensuring combined production reports of fabric, cutting, printing, embroidery, sewing, finishing, and shipment.

• Ensuring effective communication with the supply chain team to ensure smooth productivity.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
