Job Context:
∎ The Management Trainee (Marketing) program is designed to train future leaders by engaging youth in a developmental framework that will ensure that the trainee has proper opportunities to turn their talent into an exciting
∎ career. MTOs will work alongside marketing managers and accept delegated responsibilities with the goal of
∎ eventually becoming marketing managers who are responsible to present our products in ways that will
∎ strengthen our brand and boost sales.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding product and services of the company
∎ Translate technical details into benefits for the user
∎ Develop Strategic Plan for Product, Promotion, Sales and the Brand
∎ Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
∎ Follow and analyze market trends to position products
∎ Develop portfolio profile and reports
∎ Collect, Analyze and Manage Market Data
∎ Develop manuals / frameworks / SOPs for different functions under marketing department
∎ Conduct regular research on effectiveness and efficiency of the 4P's of business
∎ Accomplish any other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year organizational experience is preferable but not mandatory.
∎ Fresh candidates with extra-curricular activities are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in Data Analytics software, such as MS Excel/ SPSS/ Power BI/ Tableau will get priority
Salary:
∎ 30K - 40K (Depending on Experience and Performance)
