Job Context:
∎ The Management Trainee (Marketing) program is designed to train future leaders by engaging youth in a developmental frame work that will ensure that the trainee has proper opportunities to turn their talent into an exciting career. MTOs will work alongside marketing managers and accept delegated responsibilities with the goal of eventually becoming marketing managers who are responsible to present our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and boost sales.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understanding product and services of the company
∎ Translate technical details into benefits for the user
∎ Develop Strategic Plan for Product, Promotion, Sales and the Brand
∎ Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching)
∎ Follow and analyze market trends to position products
∎ Develop portfolio profile and reports
∎ Collect, Analyze and Manage Market Data
∎ Develop manuals / frameworks / SOPs for different functions under marketing department
∎ Conduct regular research on effectiveness and efficiency of the 4P's of business
∎ Accomplish any other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager and Chief Marketing Officer

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year organizational experience is preferable but not mandatory.
∎ Fresh candidates with extra-curricular activities are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in Data Analytics software, such as MS Excel/ SPSS/ Power 81/Tableau will get priority

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ (Depending on Experience and Performance)
