∎ MBA in Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in executing comprehensive 360-degree marketing activities for Fresh Tissue, Fresh Stationery, Fresh Anonna Sanitary Napkin, Fresh Happy Nappy Pants Diaper, Fresh Happy Nappy Baby Wipes to achieve brand strategy objectives.
∎ Collaborate with advertising and research agencies to execute brand activities.
∎ Assist in managing digital marketing and social media platforms to promote the products and fortify the brand presence.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between brand initiatives and business objectives.
∎ Assist in ensuring delivery of communication materials for BTL activities, participate and execute BTL activities such as Event, Outdoor, etc.
∎ Maintain proper communication with dealers, retailers, sales teams, and agencies to ensure various promotional offers can reach everyone in the right way.
∎ Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities by frequent market visits.
∎ Assist in preparing branding budget & cost reports, brand awareness reports, and survey reports and submit to the reporting line head.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with a wide variety of people every day.
∎ Passion for creative thinking and writing will be an added advantage.
∎ Good Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) skills.
