Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Management Trainees will undergo rigorous assignments within different functions of the Motors business and be offered an exciting career path
∎ Collecting data from the sales force and marketing team, analyze data, and prepare reports.
∎ Prepare monthly/ quarterly strategic plan.
∎ Arrange team meetings to discuss sales status, targeted goals, and implementation of strategies.
∎ Prepare report on field force sales performance monthly/ quarterly basis.
∎ Conduct meetings with dealers and retailers to collect data for the improvement of existing business.
∎ Monitor competitor's actions and execute marketing strategies.
∎ Collect market information and develop marketing plans for new product lines. Organize field demonstrations and training for new products.
