Education:

• Bachelor/Honors

• A recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field from reputed University.

• Knowledge of microbiological techniques, lab safety, and infection control principles.

• Age At least 22 years

• Strong understanding of basic microbiological principles and laboratory practices.

• Proficiency in using laboratory instruments, microscopes, and other analytical tools.

• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in test procedures and data recording.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Desired Attributes:Enthusiasm for applying microbiology in the garment and textile industry.

• Perform routine microbial testing on raw materials, finished products, and environmental samples to detect bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms.

• Ensure that the garment manufacturing processes comply with hygiene and quality standards by monitoring microbial levels and maintaining a clean laboratory environment.

• Conduct microbiological analysis and experiments.

• Document test results accurately, maintaining detailed records of microbiological findings, and preparing reports for reviewing by seniors.

• Ensure that laboratory instruments and equipment are properly sterilized, calibrated, and maintained in accordance with safety standards.

• Developing of new methods or testing protocols for microbial safety and quality assurance in the garment production process.

• Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
