Educational Requirements:
∎ Both BBA and MBA in marketing from reputed University.
∎ Minimum GPA 4.50 out of 5 in SSC & HSC level and CGPA 3.00 out of 4 in BBA and MBA/
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategic plan for Product, Promotion, Sales and the Brand
∎ Analyze sales trend in the market segments (Company and competitors)
∎ Develop portfolio profile and marketing plan
∎ Prepare reports for various portfolios
∎ Collect, analyze and manage market data
∎ Develop manuals/frameworks/ SOPs for smoother functioning
∎ Conduct regular research on effectiveness and efficiency of the 4Ps for smoother functioning
∎ Accomplish any other tasks assigned by Head of the Department
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 year organizational experience is preferable but not mandatory
∎ Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply
∎ MS Office Skill: Adept in using MS Office applications especially in MS Excel
∎ Other Skill: Analytical ability and good interpersonal skill
