• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in English
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

• At most 1 year

• Age 24 to 30 years
• Only Female

• Must be proficient in English speaking and writing.

• Must be from a Science background in HSC.

• Must live near Mawna, Gazipur.

• No previous job experience is required (Freshers are inspired to apply).

• Assist in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

• Support HR documentation, employee records, and attendance management.

• Coordinate training, evaluation, and employee engagement activities.

• Assist in implementing HR policies and compliance requirements.

• Support audits, legal documentation, and regulatory updates.

• Maintain coordination between departments for HR & compliance matters.

• Prepare HR reports and assist in daily administrative tasks.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
