Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Execute best practices of all technical and administrative functions in hatchery operation and enhance hatchery productivity.
∎ Follow up the entire chicks pull out process, including egg sorting, candling process etc. to increase hatchability.
∎ Create a favourable environment in the chicks room and conduct chicks grading, boxing, and transfer.
∎ Ensure overall hygiene and sanitation of hatchery premises and fumigation of machinery, equipment; maintain hatchery bio-security through individual entry and exit control.
∎ Ensure scheduled and planned preventive maintenance work of equipment to prevent machine failures.
∎ Inspect the hatchery area visually, conduct periodical lab test and take immediate corrective action if required.
∎ Be proactive in executing best practice in hatchery operations through a continuous learning and development approach.

∎ Kazi Farms Limited is looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join as Management Trainee – Hatchery to develop future leaders in hatchery operations. Upon joining, they will undergo intensive training, gaining hands-on experience in hatchery management, preparing them for leadership roles.
