Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the farm is properly prepared and set up for a new flock, available all necessary resources and facilities are in place.
∎ Monitor daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, vaccination, debeaking, sanitation, flock health monitoring, etc.
∎ Monitor and meticulously record the egg production rate per hen, ensuring optimal levels are consistently maintained.
∎ Maintain bio-security measures to protect the farm against potential disease outbreaks.
∎ Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, working to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
∎ Ensure proper record-keeping of poultry flocks through ERP system and prepare various reports as and when required.
