Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Be hard working, having a positive attitude towards working in a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure the farm is properly prepared and set up for a new flock, available all necessary resources and facilities are in place.
Monitor daily farm operations, including feeding, watering, vaccination, debeaking, sanitation, flock health monitoring, etc.
Monitor and meticulously record the egg production rate per hen, ensuring optimal levels are consistently maintained.
Maintain bio-security measures to protect the farm against potential disease outbreaks.
Ensure routine maintenance of farm equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Respond promptly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, working to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
Ensure proper record-keeping of poultry flocks through ERP system and prepare various reports as and when required.
