∎ We are looking for interested candidates as Management Trainee who has interest in building his/ her Career in RMG sector and to take new challenges.
∎ Job Location: ECTA Dhaka Ltd. (Near Dhaka EPZ), Village : Subondi (Natun Nagor), P.O. : Dhamsona, P.S. Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monthly, daily, hourly target follow up.
∎ Explain the production process to the workers.
∎ Maintain a through working knowledge of all products.
∎ Assist the production manager in all area of production process.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Should technically qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections.
∎ Any other works as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Respective Field is preferable.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated.
∎ Good command in computer literacy.
∎ Well conversant with Garment manufacturing process and quality aspects.
∎ Leader ship quality to motivating the work force to achieve the organizational objective, productivity, and discipline.
∎ Capable to handle high working load.
∎ Proactive and able to work independently.
Salary: Negotiable
