Responding to customer and agent inquiries: Handling customer and agent emails, calls, and inquiries about courier services.

Managing courier vendors: Coordinating with courier vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Tracking deliveries: Keeping track of delivered products to maintain up-to-date status reports

Preparing proposals: Preparing proposals for clients based on their specifications, validating terms, and obtaining necessary approvals

Analyzing client requests: Analyzing client requests and proposing appropriate solutions

Generating reports: Creating regular reports on delivery and return metrics to improve service efficiency.

Ensuring client satisfaction: Ensuring that clients are satisfied with the services provided
