System Development & Management:

• Design, develop, and implement management information systems tailored to the organization's needs.
• Ensure systems are user-friendly, efficient, and scalable.

Data Management:

• Oversee data collection, storage, and processing procedures to ensure data integrity and security.
• Develop and maintain databases and dashboards for real-time data access.

Training & Support:

• Train staff on MIS tools and best practices to maximize system utilization.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for MIS-related issues.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate reports and visualizations to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve program effectiveness.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with program teams to understand their information needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders to enhance data sharing and reporting practices.

Compliance & Best Practices:

•  Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and organizational policies.
• tay updated on industry trends and best practices in MIS and data management.

Integrity:

Other duties/additional tasks:

•  Supports the project’s security and risk management system through identification, communication and analysis of potential risks and security issues in the project region and related mitigation recommendations and procedures.
