∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Bachelor's degree from a reputed university (candidates with a Textile background will be given preference).

∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage communication across multiple stakeholders.
∎ Must reside in or near the Uttara area.
∎ Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
∎ Minimum six months of formal computer training from a recognized institute.
∎ At least one (01) year of relevant work experience is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle commercial operations under the guidance of management.
∎ Maintain regular communication with Chinese, Indian, and other international buyers.
∎ Coordinate frequently with shipping lines, Customs, and C&F agents.
∎ Provide timely updates to local Bangladeshi customers regarding consignment and commercial status.
∎ Assist customers in resolving customs-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
∎ Work extended office hours as required.
