Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hire Mall Staff
∎ Research Local Economic Market
∎ Coordinate Mall Employees
∎ Advertise and Market the Mall
∎ Manage Budget and Expenditure
∎ Negotiate Contracts
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good managerial and leadership qualities.
∎ Excellent planning and organizing abilities.
∎ Good in interpersonal communication.
∎ Strong ability in problem solving and decision making.
∎ Excellent in resource, knowledge and people management.
∎ Excellent coordination and training facilitation skills.
∎ Appropriate professional skills on communication both in Bangla and English.
∎ Appropriate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
∎ Internet system.
∎ Ability to work in a big diversified team.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. As per company service rules all kinds of Administrative facilities to be ensured.
