∎ Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Power (RAC)
∎ Skills Required: Building Maintenance, InstallationErection, Operation Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HVAC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Shopping mall, Group of Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision on all Electromechanical work and maintenance work for commercial buildings.
∎ Experience of Installation, testing and commissioning work of HVAC equipment (Air/Water Cooled Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pump, WTP, AHU, FCU, Piping, Ducting, Exhaust Fan, Safety and Measuring Device etc.)
∎ Experience of Installation, testing and commissioning work of Fire protection & Detection, Plumbing, Ventilation equipment
∎ Knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Safety and Plumbing equipments with own Safety.
∎ Handling capability of Contractor, Supplier and technicians.
∎ To be prepared and maintain all documentation work (Estimate, budget, Log Book, Register, Note sheet, CS, Work Order, Bill, Adjustment etc.) as per requirement.
∎ Updated and good communication skill (by mobile/email/internet and others) with management, colleges, projects, supplier, contractor and subordinate.
∎ To liaison with various offices DESCO, DPDC, BREB for related work for all projects.
∎ Work support mentality as 24X7 for emergency situations.
∎ Any Other’s duties as when order by Management.
