Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Construction Material Handling Equipment, Store/ inventory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To receive all materials as per work order.
∎ To issue materials as per requisition submitted by the project incharge.
∎ To ensure quantity & quality of the materials supplied by the contractor/vendor.
∎ To control inventory of materials.
∎ To maintain and update store register.
∎ To ensure storage and preservation of materials properly.
∎ To prepare monthly inventory report & submitted to the Authority.
∎ To check store materials time to time.
∎ To record the scrap & surplus materials.
∎ To ensure that stocks are properly stored to prevent damage, loss, pilferage or mixing with other orders.
∎ To ensure accurate and timely delivery and dispatch of each order.
∎ Responsible to monitor the expiry date of materials regularly.
∎ Any other duties as and when entrusted by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 02 years experience in construction project.
∎ The candidate should have pleasant personality, honest and hard working.
