Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Candidate must have to be an engineer preferably from mechanical engineering or electrical engineering background
∎ Training/Trade Course: Training on Maintenance management
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Good understanding and rich experiences in Garment, Sewing machine maintenance ability
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
garments Machine Maintenance, Sewing Machine Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitors both routine and preventive maintenance functions of Cutting, Sewing, Auxiliary machines
∎ Checks maintenance performance register regularly to analyze routine & preventive maintenance requirements
∎ Develops work aid based on the needs of IE department and supports in achieving rapid style changeover
∎ Takes corrective action in regular basis and thus he supports garment production to work efficiently
∎ Participates in PP meeting to find machine technical issues as well as to review available resources slots
∎ Maintains spare parts budget by superior's instructions and initiates reordering when necessary
∎ Communicates regularly with all maintenance team, both individually and as a group, to ensure good two-way communication concerning maintenance issues
∎ Communicates with the suppliers for rent machines and spare parts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
