Strong leadership and team management ability.
Sound knowledge of electrical safety and hospital compliance.
Ability to work under pressure and manage emergencies.Good communication and reporting skills.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead and supervise the Maintenance Department, including electricians and support staff.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair hospital electrical systems and installations.
Ensure smooth operation of generators, UPS, IPS, substations, and backup power systems.
Monitor electrical safety in OT, ICU, diagnostic, and other critical areas.
Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Coordinate with biomedical, engineering, and administrative teams.
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, inventory, and compliance documentation.
Ensure rapid response to emergency breakdowns.
Liaise with external vendors and contractors when required.
