Job Context:
∎ We`re seeking a Magento Team Lead to Lead our dynamic team of Magento Developers. You will join to work with ongoing projects and processes.
∎ This position is only for skilled Technical Team Leads
∎ It is a Fixed term employment upon completion of 6 months probation period.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Apply your expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, and MAGENTO to extend, enhance, and build great E-Commerce applications.
∎ Create high quality, complex code that can scale-up with a significant number of users.
∎ Ensure compliance with web standards and accessibility requirements.
∎ Determining operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
∎ Designing new web application by analyzing requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications.
∎ Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
∎ Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures.
∎ Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Provides leadership and guidance to application developers on building code based on best practices.
∎ Capable of working in an extreme agile business model with the understanding of the disciplines of waterfall approach.

∎ Must have 5 years' experience of professional Magento development. Otherwise, please don't apply.
∎ Zend certification holders will get priority.
∎ Experience with hands-on application delivery, implementation, verification, and optimization in systems management
∎ Advanced experience in customized software development practices as a leader
∎ Experience in design and requirements gathering of data-driven solutions
∎ Strong IT knowledge and experience in data modeling and designs
∎ Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Web Service API's, API Framework, SOA, and Databases
∎ Good knowledge of data programming solutions
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to lead a team of developers is a must.
∎ Have to be a team player.
Salary: Negotiable
