Experience:

• Only Male

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience operating machinery in a cable, PVC duct manufacturing plant, or fiber optic factory (preferred).

• Basic understanding of optical fiber cable production processes.

• Ability to read technical documents, production instructions, or shift reports.Strong attention to detail and responsibility in handling equipment.

• Physically fit and capable of working in a production environment.Willing to work in shifts.

Machine Setup & Operation:

• Operate and monitor optical fiber cable manufacturing machines (e.g., coloring, buffering, stranding, jacketing, armoring, etc.).

• Set parameters according to cable type and production specification sheets. 

• Ensure accurate loading of raw materials and spools.

Production Monitoring:

• Continuously observe production lines for performance, alignment, and defects.

• Perform in-process checks such as fiber tension, cable diameter, and sheath quality.

• Coordinate with QA team for sampling and testing.

Basic Maintenance & Troubleshooting: 

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to prevent downtime.

• Report mechanical problems or abnormalities to the maintenance or engineering team. 

• Assist in minor adjustments and corrections to maintain quality output.

Quality Assurance:

• Follow technical drawings and specifications during production.

• Ensure products meet the required standards and tolerances.

• Identify and report defective materials or components.

Safety & Documentation:

• Maintain a clean and safe working area according to health & safety guidelines.

• Use proper PPE and follow all safety protocols.

• Log daily production reports, machine settings, and downtime records.
