Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Dairy

• The candidate must hold a diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical /Power and others relevant discipline from any government approved institute with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Dairy

• Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates

• Must have basic knowledge of electrical, thermodynamics of heat exchanger, refrigeration and machine tools, ISO, GMP, GHP

• Must have sound knowledge about aseptic processing and filling system

• Must have basic knowledge on machine operate and tools

• Must be able to solve primary troubleshooting of machineries

• Must have basic concept of hygiene and sanitation

• Able to work under pressure and challenging environment

• Responsible for process loss minimization, machine break-down time reduction, Quality production and overall productivity enhancement

• Co-ordinate with other departments for maintenance work of all running machines such as mechanical, electrical, gas generator, boiler, refrigeration and cooling and others if any

• Ensure process floor hygiene, sanitation, housekeeping as per GMP guideline.

• Must be willing to do shift wise duty including night shift

• Maintain proper documentation of assigned work compliance with ISO guideline

• Knowledge on production procedure, analytical skill and teamwork approach

• Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

• Perform any other task as and when required
