Required Skills and Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Python programming and machine learning development.
Hands-on experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, OpenCV, and deep learning workflows.

The selected candidate will work on developing production-ready AI applications, optimizing model performance, preparing datasets, and integrating AI solutions into internal platforms and services.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using Python and modern AI frameworks.
Work on NLP, Audio/Speech, Computer Vision, Generative AI, and multimodal AI applications using frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, OpenCV, and related technologies.
Fine-tune and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for domain-specific AI solutions.
Design and manage vector database pipelines for embedding storage, indexing, semantic search, and efficient retrieval.
Deploy and scale inference pipelines using NVIDIA inference servers and GPU-accelerated serving frameworks for efficient production inference.
Implement model optimization techniques including quantization and efficient inference strategies to improve latency and resource utilization.
Develop APIs and backend services using FastAPI or Django for integration of AI models into applications and internal systems.
Collect, preprocess, clean, and curate datasets from online sources using web scraping and automated data collection techniques.
Perform data preprocessing, annotation, augmentation, and feature preparation for machine learning model training and evaluation.
Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and continuously improve model accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and deployment approaches to support continuous innovation.
