∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics
∎ Must know all kinds of software related to monitoring and evaluation and data analysis

∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Monitoring and Evaluation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead project team in the development and implementation of an M&E system and oversee routine program monitoring activities. Ensure the quality and relevance of the project's monitoring and evaluation design.
∎ Utilize the Collaborative, Learning and Adapting Approach to continually assess project progress and inform project management decision-making.
∎ Provide support to performance evaluation process in collaboration with donor and the independent evaluation team.
∎ Ensure the quality of M&E related data to be collected throughout the program implementation.
∎ Participate in the preparation and facilitation of informational meetings with all district team and donor.
∎ Document results of the M & E system and produce periodic reports required by organization and donor agencies.
∎ Assist the various program teams in data analysis.
∎ Train staff in data collection methodology and in the M & E system, in general.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Need travailing in project locations
Salary:
∎ Tk. 29000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival Bonous as per project provision
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
