∎ Advance Level education with proven track. Bachelor in Business Administration will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ An effective Loyalty Sales Agent must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
∎ They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
∎ Sell the Envoy Loyalty Program products and services using up-selling and suggestive selling techniques
∎ Maintain knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
∎ Enter and update customer information in the database
∎ Take and process orders in an accurate manner
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
∎ Loyalty Sales Agent has to make 50-60 call each day
∎ Any task as and when required, not limited to.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 01 Year relevant experience
∎ Excellent in English Communication.
∎ Flexible with working hours and must be a team player
∎ Multitasking skill
∎ Good in the use of Microsoft Office.
∎ Needs to be positive minded & self-motivated and ability to work independently and within a team environment.
