Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure the timely delivery of goods to customers and internal departments.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to ensure the right amount of stock is available at all times.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels and plan reordering processes.
∎ Coordinate with the concern department to ensure that the supply of goods aligns with demand.
∎ Coordinate the transportation of goods by liaising with carriers and couriers.
∎ Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to customers or distribution centers.
∎ Plan and optimize routes for cost-effective and timely delivery.
∎ Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
∎ Ensure smooth communication between different departments to align logistics efforts with overall company goals.
