Experience:
BSc in CSE/EEE or MBA/BBA in any discipline from reputed university.
Set up the target according to the category and present it to the management and distribute it according to SR and TSM with the help of the management-approved target DSM.
Calculate incentives for the Sales Sub-Section and Logistics as per policy, present them in the bill verification, and forward the approved payroll to the payroll department. Ensure additional product-specific incentives are processed similarly.
Provide the achievement report of each category according to the party, TSM, DSM, and NSM on a daily basis as per the target to the Viber group.
If there is any additional benefit allocated to the parties on a monthly basis, present it to the bill verification department at the end of the month.
Continuously update all party-related information, including SR, TSM, DSM, NSM, and slabs for non-SR parties.
Prepare analysis reports as instructed by the Sales Sub-Section, including Collection Percentage and Default Party, and generate sales reports for various periods as needed.
Draft and revise all EAP policies, upload to WBS after approval. Prepare signed copies for the Sales Sub-Section, share via Viber group, and upload to the APPS server.
Create a rank of SR, TSM, DSM, and NSM every month.
Check the order as per the policy and present it for booking.
