Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make a ranking of sales representatives every month.
∎ Set up category-wise targets and present them to management.
∎ Calculate incentives of the salesperson according to policy and submit it for bill verification.
∎ Ensure all logistic support for the sales team.
∎ Prepare monthly KPI report for the sales team.
∎ Keep all information related to parties up-to-date including SR parties slab information.
∎ Prepare multiple analysis reports as per the instructions of the sub-section of sales, such as collection percentage analysis, and default parties analysis on a daily/ monthly/quarterly basis.
∎ Maintain liaison with delivery, accounts, IT, audit, and HR departments as per regular necessity.
∎ Ensure proper collection & order entry as per the sales team's requirements.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Section Incharge/HOD.
