Experience:

• At least 8 years

Master Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management/Economics/MBA / Management or relevant field

• At least 8 years

• Minimum 8 years of proven work experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience at a Senior Management Level in International NGOs, Multinational Organizations, Embassies and International Institutions.

• International work experience as an expatriate will be given preferences.

• Excellent relationship building, management skills and leadership skills.

• Good organizational skills, ability to manage multiple requests and priorities

• Excellent communication, presentation and coordination skills;

• Advanced Analytical and Problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and manage change

• Ability to anticipate needs and make recommendations.

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Ability to believe and follow ACF’s principles and values.

Mission 1: Contribute to the definition of the country office`s strategy

• Develop the country office`s logistics strategy (procurement, transport, storage, vehicle fleet, etc.)

• Provide logistical information to other departments for the definition of the country strategy

• Develop the logistical part of the proposals regarding programme project and donor reports in a timely and qualitative manner.

Mission 2: Coordinate logistics at national level

• Implement and enforce ACF logistics rules within the country office

• Ensure the deployment of ACF logistics tools (implementation, configuration and updating) and the training of users at national level

• Supervise the implementation of the supply chain strategy at national level;

• Ensure the quality of the logistics services provided throughout the country office

• Manage and optimise logistics activities at national level and ensure that logistics commitments made to donors are met
