Job Context:
∎ Job Grade: Officer to Senior Officer
∎ Job Nature: Permanent.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the administration of outsourced security staffs.
∎ Schedule, supervise and monitor the duties of outsourced security and support staffs.
∎ Insurance execution of both fixed assets and cash (in safe, counter & transit).
∎ MIS regarding insurance related issues.
∎ Scheduling and maintenance work of vehicle fleet.
∎ Logistics support for any travel or event management.
∎ Fuel management and drivers monitoring.
∎ Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor/Management of the Bank.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 03 (three) years relevant working experience in a Bank / Financial Institution / leading corporate or conglomerates.
∎ Smart, team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office.
