Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Educational qualification in Agriculture/Business studies/Development Studies is preferably.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare plans for effective execution of the project activities related to livelihood approaches as stipulated in the project document which includes but not limited to from promoting the development of appropriate skills, practices and capacities, to manage resources of poor and vulnerable persons with disabilities, and institutional strengthening to increase the resilience of the target communities to different disasters;
∎ Assist Project Manager, other project staffs and project partners to break-down and elaborate the project strategies if and when necessary to integrate into development to increase the participation of persons with disabilities in the grater community;
∎ Assist Project Manager and project partners to establish close coordination and cooperation with district line agencies and authorities, between local project partners, communities, project beneficiaries and other stakeholders at project level for effective delivery of project activities and policy influence at local level;
∎ Identify, prioritize and support persons with disability and their collectives to implement potential livelihood strategies that are sustainable in the long run and resilient to disaster;
∎ Design, develop and provide necessary training for target communities to develop skills and capacities sustainable livelihood strategies and viable options for income.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of professional work experience in livelihood approaches, poverty alleviation and vulnerability reduction, micro enterprises and fund management. Having sound understanding on empowerment of marginalized people will be an added advantage;
∎ Deep professional and technical understanding of livelihood, its diversification and ways to adapt them as per the requirement of persons with disabilities;
∎ Proficient and experienced in planning, monitoring and reporting of project activities in relevant field in multi-stakeholder partnerships and collaborations
∎ Excellent interpersonal, networking, communication, negotiation and facilitation skills Excellent reading and writing skills in English and Bangla including the ability to compose, edit, analyze and report using complex information
∎ Excellent computer skills including navigating email, internet and MS Office software including PowerPoint and Excel.
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
