Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in business administration, economics, finance, international development, agriculture, business, marketing, labor market, climate adaptation, food security, or related field or another relevant discipline from an accredited university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Timely planning, designing and implementation of climate smart agriculture activities with quality technical standards.
∎ Analyse the information, identify opportunities and constraints of local food and WASH market system and formulate strategies for inclusive business environment.
∎ Ensure that implemented activities are in line with project budgets and value for money.
∎ Ensure that high quality case studies are collected and best practices at project level are documented to share with the Program Manager, Nutrition Adviser and partner colleagues.
∎ Participate actively in team planning and other meetings in the projects, and work towards common objectives and strive to ensure that these are successfully achieved.
∎ Ensure that the consortium team and partners fully understand the outcomes that are expected of them and that they are aware of the success criteria which pertain to their work.
∎ Monitor performance of partner staffs and, in particular, hold partner staffs accountable for meeting the success criteria and delivering any improvement goals which have been identified; and giving corrective feedback where required.
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Country Director/Programmes Director or the line manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years progressively professional work experience on private sector engagement in agri-business development programmes.
∎ In-depth knowledge and expertise on food security and extreme poor nutrition along with WASH services Proven experience of establishing formal partnership with Govt. NGO and Business sector to implement project for enhancing of extreme poor food security.
∎ Proven experience in partnership management skills.
Salary:
∎ Gross Annual Salary range (inclusive of Festival Bonus, Gratuity and Provident Fund): BDT 819,214/- to BDT 903,172/-
