Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Library Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Library Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect and catalog library resources including design & drawings, machine manual, process flow charts, reference books, video tutorials, and publications.
∎ Tracing the original materials produced in a variety of formats, including photographs, documents, recordings and drawings.
∎ Preserving the materials in a digital format for long-term storage.
∎ Maintain library records and ensure it is updated.
∎ Perform regular audits of the information and inventory of file.
∎ Developing System to search for information using the library databases properly.
∎ To follow & implement the most modern methodology for achieving
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent IT skills and knowledge of library databases.
∎ Sound Knowledge in Auto CAD
∎ Outstanding organizational and interpersonal communication skills
∎ Good writing skill
