Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Event Calendar in coordination with Brand & Sales Team
∎ Organize engineer's & mason's seminars, events, activation etc. across the country ensuring effective engagement with the target group.
∎ Ensuring All Branding items are properly executed during event/activation
∎ Coordinate with Sales Team and other department to process bills of each event and activation.
∎ Personally visit different locations to monitor POSM, Shop Sign, billboard, wall paint, transport branding and other outdoor advertisement.
∎ Propose innovative POSM items, new billboard, wall paint, transport branding and other outdoor advertisement to meet expected outcome from targeted business hubs across the country.
∎ Maintain all documentation related to Events & Activation.
∎ Collect local event information and sponsorship opportunities.
∎ Facilitate rapport building between key engineers & GPH
∎ Share key market information & Competitors outdoor activities to concern persons for necessary actions.
