Educational Requirements:
∎ Post Graduate in any discipline, Preferably MBA in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales and Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Steel, Cement Industry

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and execute respective areas sales plan.
∎ Ensuring proper use of marketing promotional Items with documents.
∎ Attend customers queries, problems & issues.
∎ Analyze and report overall sales activities.
∎ To foresee opportunities, develop and implement marketing strategy aligned with the organizational goal.
∎ To formulate and implement marketing mix and prepare marketing plan to increase market share.
∎ Regularly conduct market research & study the trends to identify the product gap and take initiative to fill up the gap
∎ To develop and maintain relation with clients
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors and set suitable strategies in the assigned zone.
∎ Achieving the sales, distribution coverage extension and transaction targets of respective area.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in Sales & marketing of building materials i.e., MS Rod, Cement etc.
∎ Preference will be given to the experienced candidates
∎ Candidates must mention two well known persons reference in the CV.
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Dynamic, innovative, energetic and presentable.
∎ Ready to take up challenges
∎ Capability of convincing customers
