∎ Minimum Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Master of Law (LL.M) from a recognized university

∎ A minimum of 02 years of experience is required in a bank, financial institution, or law firm
∎ Must have obtained Sanad from Bangladesh Bar Council to practice as an Advocate in Judges' Court in Bangladesh especially in Dhaka Judge Court
∎ Strong knowledge of banking regulations, financial laws, and corporate governance
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
∎ Age not exceeding 40 years as on March 27, 2025
