Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking law, Company Law, Compliance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Income Tax, Labor Law, Land Law, Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Maintain Log book for all the VAT/TAX files for all the entities within the group.
∎ 2. Clear all VAT/TAX that is due within the stipulated time.
∎ 3. Understand each company's VAT/TAX policy
∎ 4. Keeping records of all the returns
∎ 5. Making legal drafts and also be able to answer to all legal enquiries from the respected offices.
∎ 6. Attending meetings that involves legal representative
∎ 7. Be able to explain any legal side that a business might have/be missing and be able to organise it with the required skill set.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Selected Candidate will enjoy 2 festival bonus and Yearly Salary increment as per company rules. Company will also bare travel allowance as and when required.
