∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)
∎ A short course on accounting or economics is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: communication and interpersonal skill., Drafting, Land Law, Tax Law, team work

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking law, Company Law, Compliance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Income Tax, Labor Law, Land Law, Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Consulting Firms, Jute Goods/ Jute Yarn, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Maintain Log book for all the VAT/TAX files for all the entities within the group.
∎ 2. Submit return for VAT that is due for all the companies within the stipulated time.
∎ 3. Maintain liaison with Income Tax Lawyer and Audit firm and make sure all the companies income tax files and all personal income tax files are up to date.
∎ 4. Understand each company's VAT/TAX policy and keep up to date records
∎ 5. Keeping records of all the returns
∎ 6. Making legal drafts and also be able to answer to all legal enquiries from the respected government offices.
∎ 7. Attending meetings that involves legal representative
∎ 8. Be able to explain any legal side that a business might have/be missing and be able to organise it with the required skill set.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
