Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Law (LLM), Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Criminal Law, Land, Lawyer, Liaison, Tax Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist the senior lawyer/ panel lawyer for processing filing legal papers.
∎ Drafting and vetting legal papers for Civil & Criminal cases.
∎ Legal documentation preparation.
∎ Legal Documents (To work closely along with the Management Team)
∎ Drafting and vetting of Bank Guarantee, Indemnity Bonds (if any), Undertaking and authority letters, vendor contracts, Agreement paper etc.
∎ Primary Drafting and Vetting of all legal papers, documents and coordinate with Senior / Panel lawyers to ensure the documents are legally sound.
∎ Handling of emergency legal matter (If occurs).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
∎ Retired defense personnel given highest priority .
∎ Ability to identify and analyze complex issues/ problems relating to legal aspects in management areas and recommend and implement solutions.
∎ Ability to manage good interpersonal relations and communications with lawyers and support staffs.
∎ Ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and/ or situation and be able to provide sound solutions with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights of the organization.
∎ Verbal and written communication ability in English & Bangla.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office and internet browsing handling with Bangla & English typing.
∎ Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Salary: Negotiable
