Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial projects
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Identify new market opportunities and generate qualified leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google Ads, property portals, etc.)
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
Arrange site visits, client presentations, and property exhibitions
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Coordinate with internal departments (design, construction, accounts) for smooth project execution
Ensure excellent customer service from inquiry to final handover
