Experience:
LL.B and LL.M from any recognized UGC approved university with a minimum of 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA.
Third division/ class or a CGPA below 2.50 is not acceptable.
Proficiency in legal drafting in both Bangla and English.
Strong knowledge of Bangladesh`s legal and administrative processes.
Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concerned department.
Needs to have considerable knowledge/ understanding of Company Law
Land-related knowledge, like mutation, Khanna, and land vetting.
Experience:
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience is required in the legal department of a renowned organization or Law firm. (A member of the Bangladesh Bar Council will get preference)

Job Responsibilities:
Ability to deal with all kinds of legal documents and legal issues of the company.
Maintaining liaison with government offices and agencies on a need basis.
Oversee all legal and litigation matters and advise on criminal cases and civil matters directed to external counsel.
Draft and review of legal documents in Bangla and English (i.e., GD, FIR, Complaint, Written Statement, Agreement, Contract, MoU) and provide legal opinion on criminal and civil matters.
Keeping track of legal issues and cases.
Maintain liaison with Panel Lawyers and monitor court activities related to the organization.
Maintain liaison with Court officials, Regulatory Authorities, Law-enforcing agencies, and other Govt officials to provide appropriate legal services.
Sound knowledge of mutation-related works involved with RAJUK, National Housing Authority, Ministry of Works, AC Land office, along with the Foreign Ministry.
Ensure Land use permission/TP Clearance, Estate Clearance, SPA/SPC from RAJUK, as well as NOC collection: SPA/SPC of RAJUK, CAAB, and Fire Service & Civil Defense.
Preparing and sending legal notices to default clients, filing legal or civil cases against defaulting payments.
Preserving the company`s IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations and renewals), etc.
