Experience:
Education Qualification: Graduate in any subject, but preferably in Public Administration from a public or private university like NSU, EWU, AIUB, IUB, Brac, UIU, or Foreign Universities, etc.
Strong technological proficiency with experience in bookkeeping, budgeting, and documentation
Strong communication skills in both English and Bangla
Ability in professional letter drafting and documentation
High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office
Mandatory proficiency in Bangla and English typing
Open to both male and female candidates
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in a relevant field is required.

Job Responsibility:
Acting as the Public Relations Representative to the Chairman, responsible for maintaining effective liaison and coordination with government officials, embassy representatives, foreign delegations, Banks, and key stakeholders, including organizations such as FBCCI, BGMEA, BAIRA, and BGMC.
Collect and compile updated operational and production data from the organization’s various business units on a daily, periodic, and monthly basis, and prepare comprehensive and accurate reports for the Chairman’s review and acknowledgment.
Collect and verify cash flow and expenditure data from the accounts of various business units, and prepare a cash flow statement for the Chairman’s review and acknowledgment.
Coordinate with the company's advocate and the Accounts Department to monitor and update legal cases, compliance, and financial matters of the companies, assist in preparing key documents (such as loan documents, trade licenses, company licenses, RJSC records, TIN/BIN, and audit reports), and ensure timely submission of updated records for the Chairman’s review and acknowledgment.
Maintain confidential records of the Chairman’s contacts and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Manage the Chairman’s local and international travel arrangements, including visa processing, hotel bookings, ticket reservations, airport transfers, and necessary adjustments as required.
Manage the Chairman’s electronic diary, prioritize appointments, and make adjustments as needed.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls and emails, ensuring timely responses or appropriate delegation.
Maintain office systems, including data management, filing, and recording minutes of meetings.
Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, briefings, and necessary documentation.
Oversee guest coordination and hospitality services, ensuring professional engagement with foreign delegates at all levels of seniority.
Salary Range: Tk. 25,000 to Tk. 30,000 (Based on experience and qualification)
