Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Law (LLB)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Lawyer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for labor court related cases.
∎ Responsible for ongoing and new disciplinary issues on behalf of federation.
∎ Initiate and pursue legal proceedings as required by the Non-Profitable Company or Autonomous i.e., prepare writs, defenses, submissions and other pleadings in civil cases both "for and against" the Organization.
∎ Prepare, file and plead cases in Court in pursuit of amounts owed to the Organization.
∎ Review and provide legal advice on tender documents, ongoing cases, statutory compliance.
∎ Draft and/or review legal letters, contracts and agreements and monitor legal obligations under agreements to ensure compliance, as requested.
∎ Represent the Federation at Arbitration and Public Utilities Commission hearings.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
∎ Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.
∎ Provide contract negotiation legal opinion and legal vetting of charge / legal documents labor dispute.
∎ To work the with Disciplinary Committee & Appeal Committee and Committee for Ethics & Fair Play.
∎ Any others job assigns by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
