∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide legal counsel and services to the business to ensure valid and compliant business operation
∎ Ensure that organizational legal matters are managed properly, efficiently and that the relevant and respective stakeholders are shared and given proper advice and guidance.
∎ Perform responsibilities as the point of contact and also managing and working closely with the Panel of Lawyers
∎ Prepare, review and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to property, license, lease documents, labor contracts, deeds, agreements, bonds, intellectual property rights etc.
∎ Handle arbitration matters and civil suits before various courts of law should any arise and co-ordination with the panel of lawyers and internal stakeholders
∎ Arrange / formalities of Board meeting and AGM along with RJSC file return
∎ Liaison with relevant Government offices and other competent authorities
∎ Prepare, maintain and update company’s legal documents and contracts digitally
∎ Ensure periodical compliance with respective Regulatory Authority
