∎ In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, property transactions, and regulatory compliance in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have good understanding of Land law, Mutation, Law of limitation, law of registration.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal counsel on real estate transactions, property disputes, and contractual agreements.
∎ • Compliance Management: Ensure all company operations and transactions adhere to applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
∎ • Drafting & Reviewing: Prepare, review, and finalize contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to safeguard the company's interests.
∎ • Dispute Resolution: Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, or litigation involving real estate matters.
∎ • Risk Management: Identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
∎ • Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, operations, and customer support, to address legal concerns and ensure smooth workflows.
∎ • Regulatory Updates: Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations, and advise the company on their implications.
∎ • Vetting: Conduct thorough vetting of property documents to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and legal compliance before finalizing transactions
